Natralysis Process™

WET is transforming the beverages industry by introducing a newly developed award-winning technology Activated Enhancement System (AES) which uses a method called the Natralysis Process™ to create the best natural alkaline base solution and bottled beverage products.

This technology puts into practice years of evidence-based research and IP-backed range of alkaline water and products that also contain no artificial sweeteners or added sugar. This is only achieved by WET’s Natralysis Process™

The Natralysis Process™ is a game-changer. It is an augmented water enhancement system capable of producing clean, fresh-tasting great-tasting non-acidic water with a stable pH which can be set at any level up to pH 10.5

A modular system, the Natralysis Process™ treats water flow rates ranging from 250 litres/min to 1000 litres/min or more.

It can meet any bottling/canning line commercial production demands.

The pH of the water that is produced can support flavourings, electrolytes, vitamins, and proteins. Unlike any other technology, the compact system can be installed into any commercial beverage plant within hours. The Natralysis Process™ does not use electrolysis to create water alkalinity, nor does it produce wastewater or acidic wastewater as a byproduct. It is also ozone cleansing compatible pre and post during the production run. This sets it apart from other water alkalinity treatment methods currently available.

Also, the Natralysis Process™ does not need any pot carb alkaline caustic source of water in its process.

Beverages products

The list below shows the alkaline water and drinks that have been successfully developed and tested by WET. These products passed aseptic bottling microbial testing and accelerated ambient and abusive shelf life testings conducted by a UKAS accredited independent lab.

Nutritional certificates reported that WET’s alkaline water, red berries water and lemon and lime multi-vitamin drink contained <0.1g of sugar in 100ml drink, whilst the alkaline orange sports drink contained 2.4g of sugar in 100ml drink. Published studies indicated the average amount of sugar content in commercially available soft drinks is 9.02g/100ml, while the average sugar content in sports drinks in the market contained 6.07g of sugar per 100ml. WET’s products are significantly ahead of the game. They are market leaders and they are making a difference.

Several other agenda-setting new drinks are currently in the research and development pipeline. To keep you updated with our latest developments and products, please click here.

WET have developed a number of natural flavoured drinks formulations delivered by its Natralysis Process™. This technology enables bottlers and brands to achieve and maintain flavour without adding sugars or artificial sweeteners.
